Payment Options: Payment options include Paypal, Stripe and Direct Debit. Please email me at bonniehislop@gmail.com if you would like to pay via direct debit.

Products: Each piece is handmade and painted by my team and me (Bonnie) and no two will be exactly alike. I prefer to produce small runs of designs or one-off pieces to maintain the precious and personal quality of the work. In many cases this means that once a piece is sold out, it will not be repeated. Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, variations in size, colour, finish and surface imperfections may occur.

Notes of the making process: Some items in the functional range (Cups, small trophies etc.) include hand thrown components made by a local production potter. In most cases these are used in combination with hand built components made by me. Similarly some glaze work and base-layers you see on pieces are applied by an assistant. All illustration and detail linework is painted by me.

All sculptural and large scale pieces are handbuilt by me using a combination of techniques including coils, pinch and slab.

Refund Policy: Ceramics are fragile and dropping or knocking may result in breakage. Refunds will not be made in this case, however I can made recommendations for repair. If you believe your piece is faulty please contact me. I will make an assessment and either arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase. Refunds will not be made for change of mind, however exchanges or credits can be arranged. If the piece is damaged during shipping I am happy to replace or exchange for a similar item. In these instances I may ask that you return the item.
