Ceramic Handbuilding Studio
I officially launched Dabbler Studio in January 2021 after originally developing an introductory 5 week ceramic handbuilding course which I had been facilitating in the same studio space since 2019.
The upscaling of the business saw an expansion of the team to include Karen Hislop as glazing Manager, Myf Halton as general Manager and Michelle Le Plastrier and Lilly Borchardt as additional facilitators to myself. We also diversified our offerings to include more advanced courses, masterclasses, and open studio time. Dabbler held a student showcase at KEPK gallery in Yeerongpilly as part of BAD Festival 2021.
Dabbler closed its doors on November 2022 due to the continuing strain and affects of Covid, bit is currently dormant and awaiting its hopeful return.
